Our Guides and Staff

Our team of experienced guides and staff are dedicated to providing you with the best possible fishing experience. Our lead guide, Wes Carlton, is a native of Gainesville GA and has been fishing lake Sidney Lanier since he was a child. With over 15 years of experience guiding fishing trips on Lakes Lanier, Nottely, Burton, Seed, and Rabun, Wes has established himself as a top guide in the region. He is a very involved and married parent of two boys and enjoys teaching children about fishing. Wes has worked with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources on various projects, including youth education, walleye projects, trout projects, and Striped Bass.
