Our Approach

We pride ourselves on being a "bags-on" construction company, meaning we are actively involved in every aspect of the construction process. Our team is on-site, working alongside employees and supervising subcontractors, rather than coordinating the work from behind a desk. We are available seven days a week for site-meetings, phone calls, and emails, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that may arise.

For our out-of-town clients, we provide digital pictures and detailed notes for project tracking. We believe in transparency and keeping our clients informed throughout the construction process.

We understand that construction projects can be disruptive, and we strive to minimize the impact on our clients' daily lives. We take extra care to protect belongings, segregate work areas, and remove debris promptly. Our team is respectful of our clients' needs and takes into account the character of the neighborhood, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.

Our Team

Wes Torell, our President, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career working alongside his father, a contractor and master craftsman, and has since honed his skills in both residential and commercial construction.

Wendi Torell, our Vice President, transitioned from the field to the office in 1998, establishing our residential design and permitting service. Her dedication and passion for construction have been the backbone of our design and administration efforts.
