At Nicole Norris MD Medical Spa, we are dedicated to providing luxury aesthetic non-surgical procedures and a personalized long-term treatment plan to our patients. We aim to enhance our patients' appearance, enabling them to regain confidence and overall well-being. Our promise is to deliver elegant care and best practices to our current patients and write 500 "Confidence Prescriptions" this year so that our patients can live their lives with confidence.

Meet Our Highly-Trained Team

Nicole Norris, MD

Dr. Norris is a proud alumnus of St. Bede Academy, Northwestern University, and the University of Illinois, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine and Masters in Public Health. She completed a Family Practice residency at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana before returning to Peru, IL, to start her career in family medicine in 2004. As a board-certified physician, she enjoyed many rewarding years in family practice in Peru and Spring Valley, Illinois, caring for all ages. She began her advanced training in Aesthetic Medicine in 2013 and realized her dream of opening a medical spa in 2016. Dr. Norris' roots are in the Midwest, where she has spent her life educating herself, her staff, and her patients. Dr. Norris believes that feeling good about our image in the mirror is directly related to our mental and physical well-being and is more powerful than any pill. Dr. Norris enjoys gardening, writing, walking her dogs, and traveling with her husband and two sons. She is a member of the American Medical Spa Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Board of Family Physicians. She collaborates and enjoys speaking or training for PCA Skin, Cynosure Lasers, and Prollenium Revanesse. She is the medical director for the Chicago Injectable Training Center of the American Medical Spa Association.

Scarlett and Maverick, our beloved spa dogs, are most often at the office, either by her side or acting as spa dog greeters.

Kelsey Thrush, LE, LT

Kelsey Thrush, Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician, graduated from Universal Spa Training Academy in 2016 and continued her medical esthetics and laser education at True University. Kelsey is passionate about skin care and has a special interest in lasers and chemical peels. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and creating a personalized treatment plan that will help them achieve their skin care goals.

Amanda Visione, LE, LT

Amanda Visione, Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician, graduated from Debutantes School Esthetics Program in 2021 with a special focus in Medical Aesthetics. Amanda has a keen interest in skincare and makeup and is committed to providing the best service possible. She enjoys building a rapport with her clients and tailoring treatments to meet their individual needs.

Sierra Klein, LE, LT

Sierra Klein, Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician, graduated from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in 2013 with her Cosmetology license. During her training, she realized that she had a passion for skincare and chose to specialize in esthetics. Sierra enjoys staying up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and techniques, and she takes pride in helping her clients achieve their skincare goals.

Kendra Pagoria, LE, LT

Kendra Pagoria, Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician, and Makeup Artist, graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Radio/Television Broadcasting. After graduating, she moved to Los Angeles, where she discovered her passion for skincare and makeup. Kendra has since completed her esthetician license and laser training and has worked in some of the top medical spas in Los Angeles and Chicago. She takes pride in customizing treatments and makeup applications to meet the unique needs and desires of each client.

Danielle Thompson

Danielle Thompson, Head of Patient Experience, is the newest member to the NNMD team and is committed to making our patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they enter our doors. She brings a wealth of experience in customer service and patient care, and she is passionate about ensuring that each patient has a positive experience at our medical spa.
