Our story began with Vittorio Vic Giunco and his wife Carmella, Italian immigrants who brought their culinary traditions to America. After operating a fruit stand and candy shop, Vittorio opened Vics Tap Room in 1933, which evolved into a full-service Italian restaurant under his son John's vision. Our family's dedication to authentic Italian cuisine, including thin-crust pizza introduced to American palates post-World War II, has made us a local institution.
