At Popcheff & Dinn, we are a family law firm with a rich history dating back to 1975. Our roots are firmly planted in Speedway, Indiana, where our founder, George T. Popcheff, first established his law office. With over 45 years of experience, we have the expertise to meet the unique needs of our clients and the compassion to find solutions that work.
Our History
Our journey began with George T. Popcheff, a well-known and respected figure in the Speedway community. George was a decorated war veteran who served in World War II and the Korean War. After the war, he pursued a career in law and founded the Popcheff Law Office in the early 1970s. The iconic red-brick building that houses our firm today has been a staple in Speedway for over 100 years.
In the late 1990s, Connie Popcheff, George's daughter-in-law, transitioned into leadership and began focusing on family law. Connie's extensive background in medicine, having earned a Master's degree in Nursing, served her well in her law career. She partnered with her son, Matt Dinn, in 2013 to form Popcheff & Dinn, LLP.
