Experience & Expertise

Our dedicated team of professionals combines more than 45 years of experience and expertise in the screen printing, embroidery, and trophy business. Our founder, Rob Welch, opened Northwest Ohio Screenprinting in 2000, eventually partnering with Welch Trophy to offer an expansive range of services. Rob is a graduate of Wayne Trace High School and a former basketball player under his Hall of Fame Coach father Al. Together, Rob and Al Welch share a passion for the artisanship of screen printing, embroidery, and customized apparel.
