At Charming Paws, our mission is to provide exceptional pet care services that go above and beyond the traditional pet care experience. We are a family-centered facility that caters to the unique needs of canines in Washington County, Ozaukee County, and surrounding areas. Our dedicated team of highly trained and experienced staff members is committed to ensuring that our furry guests receive a safe, special, loving, and caring experience during their stay.

Services

At Charming Paws, we offer a range of services to suit the needs of your pet. These services include:

• Daycare: Our daycare offers a unique experience with indoor-outdoor access, allowing your furry friends to run out their zoomies and enjoy the fresh air. We have five separate groups for pups to be split into, catering to all kinds of play styles, temperaments, and sizes.
• Boarding: Our overnight style is not like the rest. We prefer individual bedrooms, rather than kennels and crates, giving your pup a comfortable and cozy home away from home. We offer private suites for our boarding pups, as well as daily updates (including photos/videos) and 10% off a departure bathing service.
• Grooming: We offer one-on-one bathing services to make your pet feel relaxed and enjoy their spa day. Our grooming salons are kept separate from our daycare and boarding to keep it as relaxing as possible.
• Training: We provide training services to help your pet learn new skills and behaviors.
• Pet Boutique: Our pet boutique offers a range of products to keep your pet happy and healthy.

Owner Ashley L. - Hi, I'm Ashley, owner of Charming Paws! I started the Charming Paws journey 6 years ago so I could provide to my community the place I always envisioned for my own personal pups. I wanted pets to have a fun, safe and loving environment to play and stay. My first job was in a pet store and I was a veterinary technician for numerous years before taking ownership of Charming Paws. I genuinely enjoy providing peace of mind to pet parents and caring for all animals. Outside of Charming Paws, you will find me at home on the farm with my kids and husband! I am blessed to have an amazing team that shares my vision.

West Bend Manager/Senior Animal Care Technician Hannah V. - Hi! My name is Hannah. I have grown up and worked with animals my whole life, and I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else. I have a strong passion for providing the best care for all animals that come through our doors. I am excited to continue growing with Charming Paws.
