Welcome to Jay Dee'z Sports Grill, where we bring the community together through our shared love of food, sports, and good company. Our establishment was founded by John Daniel Tohill in the historic town of La Grange, Texas in 2019. Chef John Daniel's passion for cooking began at the young age of 16, and he pursued a formal culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu's Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas. Since then, he has honed his skills in kitchens across the country and in the British West Indies, always dreaming of opening a restaurant of his own. At Jay Dee'z Sports Grill, Chef John Daniel and his team are dedicated to sharing their love of fresh, flavorful comfort food with the La Grange community.
