At Life Transitions Counseling, we understand the challenges that life can bring. As a faith-based counseling practice located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, serving the Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beaches, and St. Augustine areas, our mission is to help individuals overcome various hurts, habits, and hang-ups in their lives. Our director, Dr. Jason Hosch, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor (LCCC) with extensive experience in working with adolescents, adults, and families.
Our Services
As a holistic counseling practice, we take a comprehensive approach to healing by addressing the needs of the body, soul (mind, will, and emotions), and spirit. We offer a range of services, including individual counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, group counseling, trauma therapy for PTSD (EMDR and Brainspotting), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and clinical hypnotherapy. Additionally, we provide career development and telehealth services to cater to our clients' diverse needs.

Meet Dr. Hosch
With a passion for helping individuals find hope, healing, and freedom in their lives, Dr. Jason Hosch has spent years honing his expertise in counseling. Holding certifications in Temperament Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), he is also a specialist in trauma and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting. With a PhD in Clinical Christian Psychology, Dr. Hosch brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice.
