Quarry Hill

Quarry Hill Club Condo Apartments offer a unique and unparalleled living experience in South Burlington, Vermont. Our community is comprised of four buildings: 430, 440, 315, and 255. We are currently accepting rental applications for studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units in these buildings. With our tenants providing 60-day notice, we can provide you with an accurate time-line of what will be available.

To start the rental process, the first step is to fill out our Rental Application and submit it via email or mail. Once pre-approved, we can schedule a showing for you. Please include your move date options and the type of unit you are looking for in the top right corner of the application. We do not require your social security number on the application, only at the time of move-in.

Our community boasts a wide range of sizes and prices, with some units featuring stunning mountain views. The newly built modern 440 and 430 buildings offer a spacious 2200 square foot rooftop deck with multiple seating areas, providing tenants with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The large six-stop elevator runs from the garage lobby level to the rooftop lobby, which includes a public restroom for tenant convenience. Tenants of the adjoining 255, 315, and 430 buildings have access to the 440 building's rooftop deck, pool club, and clubhouse.

Our newest building, located at 444 Quarry Hill Road, features a combination of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments with 15 different floor plans to choose from. Our rental rates start at $1350 for ample studios, $1550 for super size studios, $1750-$1950 for super size one bedrooms, $1950 and up for two bedroom one bath units, and $2150 and up for two bedroom two bath units. All of our rental rates include heat, hot water, snow, rubbish removal, water, sewer, surface parking, pool club, and common area maintenance.
