Leavitt's Freight Service has been a leading provider of transportation solutions for over six decades. Established in 1958 by the Leavitt Brothers, the company was founded on the principles of integrity, honesty, and premium service. These values have been the cornerstone of our operations and have enabled us to build a reputation for delivering quality service to our customers and their shipments.

What We Do

Leavitt's Freight Service specializes in flatbed trucking and has built a reputation for delivering a wide range of commodities, including engineered wood products, throughout the United States. We offer a variety of services, including job site deliveries, customer yard deliveries, multiple pickups or drop-offs, full truckload or partial shipments, and load widths up to 15" wide and load lengths up to 135".

Our fleet is equipped with the latest technology and safety features, ensuring that our drivers have the necessary tools to deliver shipments safely and efficiently. We offer a variety of driving opportunities, including flatbed trucking jobs, CDL driver jobs, regional trucking jobs, and dedicated fleet jobs. Our Story

Leavitt's Freight Service was founded by three brothers, Doug, Dean, and Dewey Leavitt, in 1958. The company was founded on two philosophies: integrity and premium service. Over the years, the company expanded its services and built a reputation for treating its drivers, staff, and clients as part of its extended family. In the early 90's, the founding brothers retired and sold the business to two of the sons, Terry (Doug's son) and Duane (Dewey's son). In 1998, Ron Riddle was brought into an ownership position with the company, contributing significantly to its growth and direction.

In 2021, Leavitt's Freight Service merged with Central Oregon Truck Company under the Daseke banner. Together, we will continue the Leavitts Flatbed traditions of Family, Honesty, and Integrity.
