Puget Sound Refinery Federal Credit Union (PSRFCU) is a not-for-profit financial institution that has been serving its members since 1954. Originally established to serve the financial needs of North Montana Texaco Employees, we have since expanded to serve the employees and families of HF Sinclair PSR, USW Local 12-591 members, and retired pensioners or annuitants, long-term contractors. Located in Anacortes, Washington, PSRFCU is committed to providing quality financial services to its members and helping them achieve their financial goals.
