As a roast-to-order micro roaster established in 1995, we've dedicated ourselves to providing the highest quality, freshest Arabica beans to our customers. Our state-of-the-art Diedrich IR24 kilo drum roaster, paired with our Roastmaster's expertise, ensures that every bean is roasted to perfection.

Our Coffee

We're committed to providing only the finest coffee beans, sourced from around the world. We roast 100% Arabica beans, never compromising on quality or flavor. Our beans are always fresh-roasted, roasted to order, and shipped within 24 hours of roasting to ensure the perfect cup every time. We never warehouse our roasted coffee, and we cup (taste-test) each coffee we roast to guarantee our high standards.

Our Process

Our roastmaster, MS Smith, has honed their skills under the tutelage of Gold Country Coffee and has perfected the art of roasting. We use a soft low-temperature heat signature to bring out the unique flavors of each coffee, and we never compromise on quality. From sourcing the finest beans to carefully roasting each batch, we're dedicated to providing the perfect cup every time.
