Disappointing Experience
The majority of customers had a terrible experience with Chris Lindsay Designs, with many giving low ratings (1-2 stars). Customers reported issues with non-delivery, poor quality products, and unresponsive customer service. For instance, Shoequeen mentioned that the florist changed ownership and has since become "beyond bad, " with employees failing to show up for appointments. Robyn B. had an even worse experience, ordering a $117 arrangement that was never delivered, and having her emails and calls ignored.
Some Positive Experiences
