Safety

Job safety is our number one priority, especially when working off ladders and on roofs. We require our workers to wear safety harnesses and be tethered to a roof anchor while working on sloped roofs. All ladders are in good working condition and are properly secured to prevent falling. We carry full liability and workman's compensation insurance for the protection of our employees, subcontractors, visitors, and clients.

Customer Support

We take pride in our work, using only the best materials and hiring seasoned professionals to ensure each job is done perfectly. We honor a warranty for all our work and cover any defects in products used by the manufacturer's warranty, as well as any defects in workmanship under our own warranty.

J. Flannery Contracting, Inc. holds the following licenses and certifications: Trade License #103979, Construction Supervisors; Trade License #166759, Home Improvement Contractor. We also carry General Liability coverage of $2,000,000 and full coverage Workman's Compensation. Our memberships include the National Association of Home Builders, National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and the Better Business Bureau of Massachusetts.
