Our Story
Founded by Harold and Tami Hamby, LaChance Vineyards is named in honor of Harold's great-grandfather, Ferdinand 'Zep' LaChance. Our vineyard is steeped in a rich family history, and we are committed to providing a charming, intimate winery experience with first-class amenities. With over 80 acres of land, nearly 5,000 grapevines, and continued plans for expansion, LaChance Vineyards is well on its way to becoming the fine Missouri winery that Harold Hamby always envisioned it to be.
Services We Offer
At LaChance Vineyards, we offer a range of services to make your visit an unforgettable experience. Our Tasting Room is open daily, where you can sample one or several of our distinctive wines. Indulge in our fine selection of local sausage and cheeses, or bring a picnic basket of your own to enjoy. We also offer a food menu, featuring lunch and dinner options, as well as off-the-grill menu items on weekends. If you're planning a special event, consider hosting it at our vineyard, where we offer wedding packages and private event spaces.
In addition to our wine and dining experiences, we also offer a Wine Club, which provides members with exclusive benefits, including discounts on wine purchases, access to private events, and more. Our gallery features stunning views of our vineyards, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
