Commercial Roofing
GSM Roofing provides comprehensive commercial roofing solutions including new construction, replacements, and maintenance. Our team installs single-ply, built-up, and shingle systems while prioritizing energy efficiency and code compliance. With expertise in large-scale projects for schools, healthcare facilities, and industrial buildings, we deliver durable, cost-effective systems designed to withstand extreme weather conditions and extend building longevity.
Specialty Roofing
We specialize in complex specialty roofing projects involving historical slate, metal, synthetic materials, and cedar systems. Our certified professionals handle challenging installations on multi-building campuses and occupied structures while maintaining strict safety protocols. With experience restoring heritage buildings like Wheatland Mansion, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern performance solutions for unique architectural requirements.
Green Roofs
Our green roof solutions incorporate cool roofs, vegetative systems, solar panels, and rainwater harvesting technologies. Designed to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprints, these systems include LEED-certified designs with extended warranties. We manage all aspects from insulation upgrades to photovoltaic installations, helping clients achieve environmental goals while improving building efficiency.
Roof Replacement
We handle complete commercial roof replacements with minimal disruption to operations. Our process includes material selection guidance, containment of dust/fumes, and phased installations for occupied buildings. Services cover metal, slate, tile, EPDM, and TPO systems with options for enhanced insulation and energy-efficient coatings to maximize lifespan and performance.
Preventive Maintenance
Our preventive maintenance programs include twice-yearly inspections and priority emergency response. Using infrared and drone technology, we identify hidden issues before failures occur. Clients receive detailed reporting and customized plans to extend roof lifespan, reduce leaks, and maintain warranty protections while minimizing unexpected repair costs.
