Our Services

At I-BOS Counseling Center, we offer a variety of services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. These include:

4. Transgender Care: Katherine Lowry is a certified Transgender Care Therapist, helping individuals navigate their gender identity issues and transition.

5. EMDR Therapy: We offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to treat trauma, anxiety, and other related issues.

6. Children's Therapy: Our therapists work with children aged 10 and up, focusing on issues such as school performance, behavioral problems, and emotional well-being.

7. TeleHealth: We offer remote therapy sessions for those who prefer the convenience of receiving mental health services from the comfort of their own homes.

8. CAP (Certified Assessment Facilitator): Our therapists are certified to assess and facilitate comprehensive marriage programs, helping couples strengthen their relationships.

9. Payment and Insurance: We accept various insurance providers and offer sliding scale fees for those without insurance coverage.

Meet Our Team

Our team consists of highly trained and experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy services.

1. Katherine A. Lowry, LMHC, PCC: Katherine is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Ohio Professional Clinical Counselor, and a Certified Polygraph examiner. She has extensive experience working with the court system, particularly with the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Corrections. Katherine specializes in treating depression, anxiety, anger management, substance abuse, trauma, and gender identity issues.

2. Amanda Bennett, LMHC, LPC: Amanda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and West Virginia. She specializes in treating mental health, addictions, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. Amanda is also a Certified Assessment Facilitator for the SYMBIS program and a Certified Facilitator in PREPARE/ENRICH's therapeutic couples program.
