Our story began when Maitland and Priscilla Peak purchased a lemon orchard in Oxnard, California, which was later sold to the City of Oxnard. We then expanded our horizons to Southern Oregon, where we began developing and leasing medical, professional office, light industrial, governmental, and retail facilities.
