Veritas Environmental Consulting, Inc. was established in 2013 as a professional services firm that provides environmental engineering, science, financial, and regulatory compliance consulting. Our team of experts is dedicated to helping clients understand the technical and financial aspects of environmental risks and liabilities they may face. We offer a range of services including hazardous waste site cleanup, solid and hazardous waste management, and water quality assessment. Our goal is to provide sound and candid advice to our clients, who include private businesses and public entities.

Our Team

Veritas brings together professionals with expertise in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, and other environmental science disciplines. Our team is led by the firm's principals, Alborz Wozniak and Paul Nuti. Alborz Wozniak, P.E., BCEE, has over 30 years of environmental consulting experience, specializing in engineering, hazardous waste site cleanup, and litigation support. Paul Nuti, P.E., also has 30 years of experience, with a background in both environmental consulting and the waste management industry. Both Alborz and Paul are licensed engineers and have received advanced degrees in their fields. They are well-respected in the industry for their technical expertise and ability to provide clear, concise advice to clients.

Services

Our services include optimization of environmental site closure strategy, regulatory negotiation strategy development, litigation support and expert testimony, CERCLA/NCP compliance review, technical and financial analysis of environmental insurance claims, and technical facilitation among multiple-RPs. We also provide development of allocation schemes for liability and damages, and technical and financial analysis of environmental insurance claims. Our team's diverse expertise enables us to address a wide range of environmental challenges faced by our clients.
