Celebrating Life with Compassion and Respect
At P.A.W.S for Rehabilitation, we believe that your pet is an integral part of your family. Our mission is to provide the best physical rehabilitation and pain management services available in a comfortable and inviting environment. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our patients, each and every day of their lives. We have solid veterinary backgrounds in both surgery and internal medicine, and we strive to continue the highest level of care in those areas. Every patient deserves excellent traditional medicine, whether it's orthopedic surgery, oncology treatments, cardiology, neurology, or treatment for immune-mediated diseases. Our goal is to extend those services in a safe, effective, and meaningful way.
Our Core Values
At P.A.W.S for Rehabilitation, our core ideology drives our sense of purpose. We are committed to always providing the highest quality of care. To achieve this, we promote continuous improvement in the science and business of canine rehabilitation. Our core values include dedication to every patient's health, innovation that matters for our company and for the veterinary community, and trust and personal responsibility in all relationships.
Our Services
We offer a variety of services that are designed to address pain, functional deficits, and help our patients reach their full potential. Our licensed veterinarians, who are certified in physical rehabilitation medicine, evaluate each patient and design customized treatment plans to meet their specific needs. Our services include acupuncture, underwater treadmill, massage therapy, photobiomodulation/laser therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
Our underwater treadmill is a unique and effective tool for rehabilitation. It allows patients to exercise in a low-impact environment, which is ideal for those recovering from surgery or dealing with arthritis. Our massage therapy and photobiomodulation/laser therapy services are designed to reduce pain and inflammation, promote healing, and improve mobility.
We treat a wide range of conditions, including post-orthopedic surgeries (such as cruciate ligament rupture, luxating patellas, and fracture repairs), post-neurologic surgeries, spinal injuries, arthritis, obesity, and weakness due to old age. We also work with animals who compete in various sports and help them with canine sports conditioning.
