About Our Founder

Lizy Bowden's journey in flowers began as a child in Southern California, spending weekends visiting local farmer's markets, and veering straight to the floral stand. Her mother would always buy her a mixed bunch that she got to arrange the very minute they returned home. She continued that tradition, long past her childhood, and relished in the creative escape it provided her. Eventually, in her adult life, she found her way back to this art form when designing her brother-in-law's wedding. Shortly afterward, she made the decision to pursue entrepreneurship and founded Lizy Bowden Floral in 2011. All it took was a few vases, a garage and a passion for natural, classic design.
