Our Story

Our founder, Corey Flaska, has been involved in real estate for over 32 years. With a background in painting and remodeling, and experience working in the competitive real estate markets of New York City and Hollywood, California, Corey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the construction industry. Today, he continues a long line of history in the construction business, following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather's construction business and his grandparents' concrete company, Leelanau Redi Mix.
