Lindsay Bowman, Owner

Lindsay's journey at David E. Adler Fine Rugs began as an intern in 2005. What started as a formative experience quickly blossomed into a lifelong commitment. After completing her Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) and Certificate of Completion (CCL) at Scottsdale Community College, she embraced a full-time role. Lindsay's dedication and genuine enthusiasm for the world of textiles propelled her from administrative tasks to sales, where she shines. Her inherent organization and meticulous attention to detail have consistently earned her the trust and respect of our valued clients.

Outside of the showroom, Lindsay further developed her expertise by earning a BA in Organizational Management. Her diverse skillset and deep understanding of the business have been instrumental in shaping David E. Adler Fine Rugs into the thriving destination it is today.

Ellie Elmore, Sales

Ellie's passion for design and craftsmanship led her to join the team in the Summer of 2021. With degrees in Fine Art/Studio and Interior Design, she brings a unique blend of artistic sensibility and practical expertise to our showroom. Ellie's fifteen years of experience in the high-end interior design industry have equipped her with a sophisticated understanding of design concepts and a comprehensive grasp of the creative design process. Her background working as a design assistant, purchaser, and expediter has allowed her to collaborate with talented design teams on a diverse range of residential projects, from traditional to contemporary.

Ellie's infectious enthusiasm for all things visually dynamic and beautiful is evident in her approach to helping clients discover the perfect rug.

Stephen Burch, Accountant

In April 2024, Stephen joined the David E. Adler team, taking over the accounting department from the long-time accountant, Senka. He brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of knowledge to this crucial role. Stephen graduated from ASU in 2022 with bachelor's degrees in accounting and computer information systems. Prior to his current role, he gained valuable experience working as a full-time analyst. His decision to join David E. Adler Fine Rugs stems from a long-standing friendship with John-David Bowman.

Stephen's meticulous attention to detail, coupled with his technical expertise, ensures the smooth financial operations of our business.
