Company Management

Joe Aiello, CEC, AAC, HOF, has served as Apropo Catering's President since 1989. He is a past-president and active member of the ACF Chicago Chefs Association and holds memberships in several prestigious culinary organizations, including Les Amis d'Escoffier Society, Euro Toques Society, Order of the Golden Toque, and the Catering Executive Club of America. His extensive culinary background and industry experience make him an invaluable asset to our team.
