Our Assisted Living program is designed to support and assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, while ensuring maximum independence. We understand that as individuals age, they may require assistance with daily tasks. Our team is here to help, providing the necessary support while still promoting independence and dignity. Our Assisted Living community is designed to feel like home, offering a unique home-like environment that is both comfortable and inviting.

Memory Care

At Azalea Gardens, we recognize that individuals with Alzheimer's or other related dementias require specialized care. Our Memory Care program specializes in providing personalized care services in a safe and loving environment. We understand the unique challenges that come with memory loss, and we are committed to providing compassionate and patient care. Our Memory Care community is designed to be secure and comfortable, allowing residents to move around freely while still being safe.

Respite Care

Primary caregivers sometimes need a break, whether it's to go on vacation, take a few days off, or simply relax. Our Respite Care program provides caregivers with the opportunity to take a break, knowing that their loved one is well cared for in a safe environment. We offer Respite Care services for a week or longer, providing the same level of care and attention that we offer to our long-term residents.

Hospice Care

Should hospice services be needed, our nursing team and caregivers work hand-in-hand with hospice providers to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life. We believe that every individual deserves to live with comfort and dignity, even in their final days. Our team is committed to providing compassionate and patient care, working closely with hospice providers to meet the unique needs of each resident.
