Oliver Custom Homes LLC is a "One of a kind, One at a Time" custom home builder/remodeler in the Greater Austin, Texas area. Founded in 1985, our focus is on communication with the client and their architects with a commitment to quality, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Our team is a family-owned custom builder and remodeler who works closely with our clients, their architects, and designers to build beautiful, efficient homes. We are a member of the Austin Energy Green Building Program, Custom Builders USA, the Home Builder's Association of Greater Austin, the Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders. Paul is a certified NAHB Graduate Master Builder.

Our History

Oliver Custom Homes was founded in 1985 by Paul Oliver and his brother Matt. Their industry experience began with framing, so they learned the details from the ground up. After 20 years as a sibling-run business, their nephew Adam joined the crew; and in 2016, Paul's daughter Kristy and her husband Dwight came on board.

Custom Homes

We have worked on various projects including the Manifold House, Modern Prairie, Net Zero, Slide House, Golfer's Retreat, and Hill Country Hideaway. Each project is designed with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and quality craftsmanship.

Remodels

Our remodels are designed to enhance the existing structure while incorporating new design elements. We have worked on projects such as the Lost Creek Remodel, Kent Lane Renovation, and Chalk Knoll Kitchen. Each remodel is tailored to our clients' needs and designed to improve the functionality and aesthetic of the space.

Commercial
