Poor Customer Service
On the other hand, some reviewers had negative experiences with the staff. Imaginaries spent $44 on an application but never received a call or email from the location, leaving them feeling ignored. Kas Mon had a particularly bad experience with a staff member on the phone, who was unhelpful, interrupted her, and displayed poor customer service.
