How does the delivery and pickup process work?
Bikes and paddleboards are delivered by 5:00pm and picked up by 9:00am without requiring guest presence for setup.
What happens if my bonfire date needs changing?
A $125 fee applies for date changes after scheduling due to limited permit availability and Walton County regulations.
Can bikes be ridden on the beach?
Bikes must stay on designated paths in Walton and Bay County. They cannot be ridden on beaches or at night.
What's your cancellation policy for rentals?
Full refunds for cancellations one week prior, 50% charge within one week, and no refunds within 24 hours of delivery for most rentals.
