A Legacy of Excellence

The story of Wild Building Construction, Inc. is rooted in a family legacy of excellence in the construction industry. Our journey began in 1984 when J.C. Wild, alongside his two sons, David and Tim, established Wild Building Contractors, Inc. as a C-Corporation in Tennessee. Recognizing the growing demand for commercial and industrial construction, David and Tim later purchased their father's share of the company and transitioned it into an S-Corporation in 1997, focusing their efforts on larger-scale projects.

This strategic shift allowed Wild Building Contractors, Inc. to expand its expertise and build a reputation for delivering high-quality construction solutions. In 2008, the company evolved further with the formation of Wild Building Construction, Inc., welcoming David's eldest son, Lance, as a partner. This new venture provided Lance with the opportunity to transition from his own earthwork company and assume the pivotal role of Vice President of Operations.

Over time, the Wild family consolidated its construction endeavors, allowing Wild Building Construction, Inc. to emerge as the leading construction company in the family. Today, Wild Building Construction, Inc. stands as a testament to the legacy of Wild Construction's dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and unwavering integrity.

To achieve this, we utilize AccuBuild Construction Software, a specialized cost accounting program designed for the construction industry. This powerful tool generates comprehensive reports that provide a clear and concise overview of all project cost data, allowing us to effectively track expenses, manage resources, and ensure financial discipline.

Scheduling is an integral part of our construction process, one that demands precision and flexibility. We leverage Microsoft Project and Excel to create customized schedules tailored to the specific needs of each project. These dynamic schedules are regularly updated to reflect progress and identify potential issues, ensuring that we stay on track and deliver projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. We actively engage subcontractors throughout the scheduling process, collaborating closely to establish realistic timeframes and ensure a smooth workflow.
