Roemac Industrial Expert Metal Forming has been in the Metal Fabricating business since 1947. We are a job shop that takes pride in quality craftsmanship at competitive prices with delivery times tailored to our customers' needs. Our range of services and expertise include many types of Metal Forming, Complex Layout and Design, and Precision Cutting. Much of our production is to supply other fabricators with complex sub-assemblies or formed parts. We work with sheet metal through heavy plate in a variety of alloys and metals including Stainless, Monel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Carbon Steels. All parts are designed, formed, and weld prepped in accordance with the ASME Code for our coded customers to assemble and weld. Our capabilities include custom designed guards, coils, mandrels, vessels, and tanks.

Our services include CNC Plasma Cutting, Metal Forming, Welding, Metal Sawing and Shearing, Punching and Drilling, and Design and Layout. We have state-of-the-art computerized cutting capabilities up to 2" thick. Our cutting capabilities also include Shearing, Friction and Abrasive Sawing as well as Iron worker punching, notching, and shearing. Roemac has the expertise and ability to satisfy your forming requests, including Acute angle forming, 90-degree or bump forming, and Box and Apron Brake forming capabilities. Our rolling capabilities begin with a 1 1/2" top diameter roll then a 3", 5", and finally our 9" X 8' plate Roll. We also offer welding capabilities including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Spot welding. Additionally, we provide sheared structural and sheet metal parts as well as high-speed friction sawed shapes and parts. Roemac can fill your punching and drilling needs in a variety of sizes, shapes, thicknesses, and alloys. Lastly, we have over 40 years of layout and design experience and can help you with the design and layout of parts, fittings, assemblies, or complete fabrications.
