Lee Staehly has been the owner and CEO of Pepper Moon Catering for over 25 years. With many years of experience in business ownership, management, sales, marketing, and hospitality, Lee is committed to providing exceptional food and service to every client. As the mother of four wonderful children, Lee believes in building meaningful relationships and inspiring excellence within every part of Pepper Moon Catering. Lee holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin with a specialization in Management Computer Systems.

Emily Terranova has been a member of the Pepper Moon Catering team since 2007. She focuses primarily on corporate sales, High Point Furniture Market, Interwoven, and non-profit events. Emily's expertise in creating unique and memorable events has made her a valuable asset to the team. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Elon University.

Meredith Williams is one of the original owners of Pepper Moon Catering, founded in 1996. With a Hospitality Management degree from Appalachian State University, she handles Furniture Market clients as well as the Wyndham Championship.
