Do you program customer-provided key fobs?
We only program fobs we supply to ensure reliability. Customer-provided remotes may void warranties or cause vehicle issues. Our factory-direct fobs include free programming.
Why aren't you open weekends?
We offer weekends off to maintain work-life balance for our team. This policy helps us retain skilled professionals who provide better service during regular business hours.
Can you make keys for high-security locks?
Yes, we cut and program keys for most high-security systems. We maintain proper authorization and equipment to service restricted keyways and electronic access systems.
What's included in your service guarantee?
All work is guaranteed except code-cut keys and third-party fobs. If your new key or lock system fails, we'll fix it at no additional charge.
Do you install locks purchased elsewhere?
We can install customer-supplied hardware for labor charges, but cannot guarantee parts we didn't supply. We recommend professional-grade products for optimal security and longevity.
How quickly can you respond to emergencies?
For non-life-threatening emergencies during business hours, we aim for same-day service. For after-hours lockouts, we recommend contacting local tow companies.
