Our comprehensive services include plastics recycling, plastics recycling consulting, closed-loop recycling, warehousing and logistics, plastics manufacturing, plastic posts and lumber, traffic safety products, and agricultural drip tape recycling. Our plastics recycling process involves collecting and processing post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste, which is then transformed into a reprocessed pellet used to manufacture plastic items. This effort helps to reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in landfills, oceans, or is incinerated. On the manufacturing side, we utilize compression molding and heavy-gauge large-sheet thermoforming operations to produce a variety of products, including plastic lumber, fence posts, traffic safety products, and specialty items.

Effectus Corporation was founded in 2001 by Ricardo Duarte, a mechanical engineer with a passion for sustainability. With a background in plastics distribution and recycling, Ricardo was driven to make a difference in the industry.
