For over 30 years, our goal has been to provide our patients and their families with the best physical therapy care. We are honored and privileged to continue to be trusted by the medical community as one of Kern County's best. Our owner, Graciela C. Jacobo PT, has dedicated her career to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we are proud to carry on her legacy.

We offer a wide range of physical therapy services, including cervical and lumbar back pain treatment, post-surgery rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, pre and post-partum care, vestibular rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, and pediatric and developmental delay treatment. Positive Experiences
The majority of reviewers praised the staff at the physical therapy office, describing them as knowledgeable, caring, gentle, and considerate of patients' pain levels. The facilities were also described as clean and welcoming, with friendly front desk staff.
Negative Experience
One reviewer, however, had a very negative experience, citing that the staff had no idea what they were doing and failed to take into account their wife's pre-existing conditions, such as arthritis and scoliosis. They felt that the office did not provide adequate therapy or testing, and only provided a simplistic solution to their wife's issues.
Areas for Improvement
