Our History

Marshall B. Bone, Inc. was founded in Orlando in 1970 by Marshall B. Bone, Sr., as a real estate company. In 1975, Marshall B. Bone, Jr. joined the company and started building homes, eventually converting to commercial construction in the early 1980s. The company moved to DeLand in 1988 and has continued to build throughout Central Florida.
