Crystal Valley Day Spa is a premier beauty and wellness destination located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in northern Travelers Rest. We offer a wide range of services designed to nurture the well-being of body, mind, and spirit. Services Offered

At Crystal Valley Day Spa, we offer a variety of services including massage, nail services, and skin care. Our massage therapy is designed to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. Our nail services include natural nail treatments that cater to your individual needs. Our skin care services are designed to rejuvenate and nourish your skin. We use only the finest products that are safe, effective, and tailored to meet your specific skin type and needs.

Spa Etiquette and Policies

We understand the importance of maintaining a relaxing environment for all our guests. Therefore, we kindly request that you turn off your cell phones or put them on vibrate upon arrival. We also ask that you speak in a soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Should you need to make a phone call, please inform your therapist so that you may do so without disturbing other guests.

Reservations and Cancellations

To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift certificates, valued at the price of service(s) booked, may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting up to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Arrival and Check-in

We ask that new guests, or guests who have not visited us within a year, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Returning guests are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a complimentary snack and cup of tea or coffee available in our relaxation area.

Spa Parties

For parties of three or more, please contact our group coordinator, Laura, for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.
