With a rich background in performance nutrition, disordered eating, and orthorexia, Rachel founded To The Pointe Nutrition to provide credible nutrition education to dancers worldwide.
About Us
Rachel Fine's extensive experience spans from studying at New York University, completing her Dietetic Internship at NYU Langone Medical Center and The Mount Sinai Hospital, to working as a Clinical Dietitian at NYU Langone Medical Center. She has also been a recurring Nominee for the Dance Educator's Award presented by the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science. Rachel has worked as a leading nutrition expert for Dance Masterclass and Youth American Grand Prix (YAGP), and is a monthly columnist for Dance Magazine, Pointe Magazine, and Dance Teacher Magazine.

The Healthy Dancer
The Healthy Dancer is a 6-month commitment that includes a tailored approach to meet individual needs. This program provides a supportive and practical nutrition recommendations, personalized meal guidance, and insight into performance needs and dancer nutrition. Our program includes ongoing email support, real-time feedback using journaling and accountability activities, and clarity within a crowded landscape of food and nutrition information.
