CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services produce complex components with tolerances under 0.0001" using HAAS ST-40 and MORI SEIKI SL7 equipment. We handle materials from aluminum alloys to titanium for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications. Our 4/5-axis capabilities enable single-setup production of intricate geometries.
Welding & Fabrication
We provide precision welding and fabrication for custom machinery components using TIG, MIG, and stick welding processes. Our ASME-certified welders work with stainless steel, carbon steel, and exotic alloys to create structural frames, enclosures, and production fixtures for industrial clients.
Custom Part Design
Our engineering team reverse-engineers obsolete components and develops optimized designs using CAD/CAM software. We specialize in improving wear resistance and dimensional accuracy for replacement parts in legacy equipment across manufacturing and food processing industries.
Wire EDM Machining

Gear Production
