Our Story

Ramblewood Cabins & Campground was born from a love of the outdoors and a desire to share the beauty of Pittsburg, New Hampshire with others. Paul, the founder, grew up spending his summers at a family hunting and fishing camp on Day Road, becoming intimately acquainted with the surrounding forests, lakes, and streams. He envisioned a place where people could escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the tranquility of the Connecticut Lakes Region.

Over 30 years ago, Paul started with a single cabin nestled in a horse pasture. His dedication to providing a welcoming and memorable experience for guests quickly drove the growth of Ramblewood. Seven more cabins were added, including a charming renovation of the original family camp, and the pasture transformed into a scenic campground. Today, Ramblewood stands as a testament to Paul's vision, welcoming travelers to choose from two cozy log cabins and 30 idyllic campsites.
