Jeff McCloskey, our Owner and CEO, has overseen more than 100 projects throughout the greater Spokane region and has helped shape the city as we know it. His sons, Matthew and Ryan, are also part of the team, bringing their own expertise and fresh perspectives to the business.

Matthew, our Project Manager, has over 10 years of construction experience and a background in commercial real estate. His interpersonal skills and efficiency ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
