Dr. Michael Fehr, PhD, brings over three decades of experience in the water treatment industry to Fehr Solutions. As a water treatment expert with a deep understanding of chemicals and processes, Dr. Fehr honed his skills at a prominent water treatment company where he served as a researcher. His contributions to the field are reflected in the five patents he holds related to the development of water treatment chemicals and innovative monitoring equipment.

Lynn Fehr, a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, possesses extensive analytical chemistry expertise. Prior to co-founding Fehr Solutions, Lynn thrived as an analytical chemist supporting manufacturing operations at a large water treatment company. She also distinguished herself by leading ISO 9000 certification efforts for manufacturing facilities across Asia, Europe, Central, and South America.
