Our Services

MMDesigns is a full-service firm, offering a variety of design and project management options for residential, marine, and commercial clients. *Design Concept*: This is the first step in the design process. We coordinate a meeting with our clients to develop an overall concept for their project. Specifications are defined, budgets discussed, timelines set, and a master plan laid out.

*Selection*: In collaboration with our clients, we identify the necessary products including fabrics, wallcoverings, flooring, window treatments, furnishings, lighting, hardware, cabinetry, finishes, bathroom fixtures, and appliances.

*Coordination*: MMDesigns coordinates and manages each stage of our clients' projects, including the engagement of architects, general contractors, and sub-contractors as needed. Once the appropriate team is selected, the project proceeds according to the timeline established in the concept phase.
