Welcome to Ollier Masonry, a company with a rich history of providing top-notch masonry services. Our company was founded in 1976 by Jeff Ollier, who started with a small investment, a few pieces of equipment, and a lot of hard work. After doing residential and other small jobs for a while, Ollier Masonry (OMI) began focusing on commercial work in 1978, building McDonald's restaurants. Over the years, we have progressed from building McDonald's to hospitals, factories, warehouses, parking garages, apartments, schools, athletic facilities, low-rise and high-rise buildings. Although we used to travel all over the country, these days we strive to keep our workload within an hour's drive from our Batesville, Indiana office.

Our mission is to provide our customers with unparalleled quality, safety, and professionalism in the masonry profession. Our commitment to this mission has helped us build a strong reputation in the industry and has allowed us to grow our team from 20 employees to over 60 employees.

We use Tradesmen's Software for all estimating, which allows us to walk the owner, architect, or general contractor through the building process, identify possible conflicts and coordination issues, and provide a more efficient construction experience.

In addition, we are pursuing Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities, which will enable us to create digital models of our projects and further enhance our ability to identify and address potential issues before construction begins.

One of the key ways we believe we accomplish our mission is through retaining quality employees. We have an average employee retention of over fifteen years for masons, and all of our foremen have 30-Hour OSHA credentials. Additionally, 100% of our employees have 10-Hour OSHA credentials, ensuring a safer working environment.
