Harpeth Gymnastics has been a beloved cornerstone of the Franklin, Tennessee community since 1986. We are a family-owned and operated business deeply committed to providing high-quality gymnastics programs for children of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to foster a nurturing environment where every child can thrive, develop their physical potential, and build lasting confidence. Our Diverse Program Offerings

At Harpeth Gymnastics, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive range of gymnastics programs to cater to the unique needs and interests of each child. Our programs start with our engaging Mommy & Me classes, designed to introduce the youngest gymnasts to the fundamentals of movement and play alongside their parents. As children grow, they can explore our preschool gymnastics curriculum, which focuses on developing fundamental motor skills, balance, coordination, and pre-gymnastics techniques.

For children seeking more structured training, we offer both recreational and competitive gymnastics classes for boys and girls. Our recreational classes provide a fun and supportive environment for children to learn essential gymnastics skills, build confidence, and make new friends. Our competitive teams, on the other hand, provide a challenging and rewarding path for aspiring gymnasts who wish to test their abilities at local, regional, and national competitions.

We also recognize that every child learns and progresses at their own pace. That's why we offer our specialized KIDtastic adaptive gymnastics program, designed to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for children with physical and developmental disabilities. Through individualized instruction and modification, we empower these individuals to achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive setting.

Harpeth Gymnastics goes beyond traditional gymnastics instruction by offering a variety of enriching activities to complement our core programs. Our camps and clinics provide specialized training opportunities, allowing children to refine their skills and explore different aspects of gymnastics. We also host exciting events, birthday parties, and Parents' Night Out events, creating opportunities for families to connect and build lasting memories.

We are proud to boast an impressive track record of success, having sent over 60 gymnasts to compete at the national level.
