Questions
What vaccinations are required for pet services?
Dogs require rabies, distemper, bordetella (every 6 months), and canine influenza. Cats need rabies and feline distemper. Titres accepted with advance documentation.
Do you require reservations?
Yes, reservations ensure proper staffing levels. Walk-ins accommodated when possible but advance booking strongly recommended for all services.
Can I tour the facility?
Guided tours available during regular business hours. Contact us to schedule visits for pet boarding, daycare, or grooming facilities.
What holiday hours do you observe?
Operate with reduced hours on major holidays: open 7:30 AM-10:00 AM for boarding check-ins/check-outs, but retail and daycare closed.
