Our Story
In 1991, Brian Sikma founded High Point Real Estate & Development, a real estate brokerage and development firm. That same year, his business partner, Doug Bouwer, founded Property Resources, Inc., a commercial property management company. Since then, Brian and Doug have added team members to expand their reach in the West Michigan area and provide better expertise to their clients. The two firms work together in property investment, development, and management in commercial and industrial real estate.
