Welcome to Novo, a new kind of organic hair and wellness studio. Our team of experienced professionals, led by Andria Falcon and John Falcon, has come together to create a space where you can feel beautiful from the inside out. We believe that emotions are a mental habit, and we want to feed your body with the feel-good effects of nature.

At Novo, we are passionate about providing you with the best services and products for optimal self and health care. Our team is dedicated to creating a personalized experience for each client, ensuring that you leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Our menu of services includes hair cutting and coloring, blowouts, balayage, and more. We also offer holistic therapies to improve hair, body, and spirit.

Our salon carries a small apothecary of goods, including products from Intelligent Nutrients, O&M, Hanz de Fuko, ION Gut Health, Fresh living plants, and Organic Essential oils. These products are carefully selected to ensure that they meet our high standards for quality and sustainability. We believe that your hair and body deserve the best, and we're committed to providing you with the highest-quality products and services.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to making you feel your best. Our founder and lead stylist, Andria Falcon, has over 21 years of experience in the industry. She has trained with the late Guy Mascolo and the world-famous Toni & Guy team, and has managed two multi-million dollar salons. Andria is constantly striving to improve her skills and knowledge, ensuring that she stays at the forefront of the latest trends and techniques.

John Falcon, our founder and master stylist, has over seven years of experience in hairdressing. He has studied under Andria Falcon and has extensive knowledge of the methodology of Toni & Guy. John has also been trained under Deb Monti and is a trained hair extension specialist. He specializes in men's and women's hair cuts and extensions, and is dedicated to finding the perfect look for each client.

Sofia Palumbo, our master stylist, has over 15 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in long-layered, short funky, precise lines or shaggy chunky cutting, and the latest on-trend styles. Sofia is also a master colorist, specializing in highlighting and toning with great, complex dimension. She offers fortifying treatments to customize your look without compromising your hair's health.
