We offer a range of services, including therapeutic massage, Reiki, and couples massage. Our therapeutic massage incorporates a selection of techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, and Thai yoga massage, to address specific areas of tension and pain. Our Reiki services utilize this Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing and balance. We also offer couples massage, allowing partners to experience the benefits of massage together.

Liz is a licensed massage practitioner with over 17 years of experience. She is a Reiki master and teacher, qualified in advanced certification in orthopedic massage and Thai yoga massage. With a lifelong study of human behavior, relationship dynamics, and spirituality, Liz has developed a deep understanding of the intricate connections between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her intuitive sense and compassionate presence create a safe and nurturing environment for clients, allowing them to release tension, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

Our Location

We are conveniently located at the Key Center Health and Professional Center, adjacent to the Key Center Library. With ample parking and easy accessibility, we strive to make your massage experience as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Rates

We offer competitive rates for our services, including:

• Therapeutic Massage (1 hour): $100
• Therapeutic Massage (1.5 hours): $150
• Reiki Healing Session (1 hour): $80
• Reiki Healing Session (1.5 hours): $120
• Combination Massage and Reiki: billed at current massage rates

We also provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement purposes.
