Located off route 60 on Main St. in historic Fredonia, The Upper Crust Bakery and Soup Co has been a staple in the community for over two decades. Our sandwiches are prepared on freshly baked, homemade old-fashioned bread, sliced thick by hand. Our signature roast turkey sandwich features turkey that is roasted in-house, and our soups, made daily, are so delicious that they have been voted "Best Soup on the Planet" (teehehe!). We also offer yummy thick signature paninis, vegetarian options, and even a few vegan ones, ensuring that everyone walks away satisfied.

Unique Desserts - Upcakes and More

Our Upcakes, our signature cake, is a customer favorite. These upside-down stuffed or un-stuffed cakes make a statement and are a crowd-pleaser. Customers love them for weddings and showers because everyone gets their own little "cake" that was made for them that day. We don't deal in fondant; we believe that frosting should be licked! We also offer our famous cut-outs, a delicious cross between a cake and a cookie.

We serve a gourmet line of freshly roasted blends made especially for The Upper Crust. Our skilled baristas serve traditional espresso and American-style espresso drinks. We also offer a variety of non-coffee drinks, including our famous Frozen Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate, Frozen Banana Hot Chocolate, and the Upper Crust Buzz for a chocolaty cherry espresso high.
